will hold one to two businesses, and construction will likely be underway by spring, according to the site's architect, David Starkey.

It is known that the new location, with its 52 planned parking spots, shouldn't disrupt traffic along the bustling West Market corridor, according to a traffic study completed by the URS Corporation.

"This new building is designed to be compatible with the adjacent Rockne's restaurant," Todd Ederer wrote in a letter to the Planning Commission in December. "Its sleek contemporary styling with significant masonry, metal, and glass elements will set the future tone for this part of Market Street in much the same way as Summit Mall's new image. These new investments reinforce confidence in and desirability of the City of Fairlawn."
