Coming Soon: Where's Your Favorite... ?

Here's your chance to recommend the best places in town to get your favorite things.

We know you have them in your brain: Those favorite shops you frequent again and again. The restaurants you recommend to your friends. The stores with great customer service or unusual offerings.

Well, here's your chance to share them with the world.

Beginning Feb. 27, we'll be asking for your recommendation on the best places in town for everything from burgers to car repair.

With your help, we'll put a list of nominees together. Then you can 'vote' for your favorite by leaving a review on the business's directory listing on Patch Places. The winner will be determined by Fairlawn-Bath Patch Local Editor Megan Rozsa, based in large part on the reviews. And be nice: we'll only consider positive reviews in making our decision.

The first favorite we want to know about is (drum roll, please)... hamburgers! Who's serving up the best burger in town? Three that come to mind are The Rail, Gasoline Alley and Five Guys Burgers and Fries.

But what do you think? Add your nomination in the comment section below. And come back to Fairlawn-Bath Patch next week to review your favorite burger! But remember, wherever you suggest has to be in either Fairlawn or Bath Township.

Can't wait to see your nominations!

Larry's Main Entrance. GREAT burgers. And wings! And martinis!

I'm sorry, Sharon. Larry's isn't in Fairlawn... it's just over the border. Thanks for your nomination though! Do you have any others in Fairlawn or Bath?

I've got a deal with the undertaker. On the way to Rose Hill Cemetery, the procession makes one last spin around Sky-Way. Two cheeseburgers, sweet pickle, order of rings, and a California....To Go. Open the lid...and drop it in. That's been my order since 1957. Besides....We Revere boys wouldn't be caught dead....at Swenson's. PS: Beat Copley

That sounds like a good deal to me, Mule Man!
