Angel Accents Resale Shop to Open in Bath This Week

Debi Kaminski, owner of Angel Accents Preschool & Daycare, wanted a way to help the parents of Bath Township and Richfield.

She had parents bring in items to donate to a church or local organizations, and she also saw a need among her preschoolers. So to help both parents and kids, Kaminski opened Angel Accents Resale Shop in the Cleveland-Massillon/Everett roads plaza.

"What separates us from other shops is that we are doing features," Kaminski said. "We have a Revere room, dedicated to gently used sports clothing and equipment for teens."

Kaminski also has clothing for newborns, toddlers and up. She also hopes to offer maternity clothing. Those looking to get rid of clothing can bring it in. Kaminski will sell the clothing at one price for a month. If it sells in that time, the money is split 50/50. If the item does not sell in a month, the price is reduced by half and when it does sell, the original owner still gets 50 percent, Kaminski said.

"It's a way to keep clothing flowing in and out," she said. "This shop is providing a way for people to recycle and take care of each other. There are no limitations to what people can bring in. We're not like other shops that only take the best labels."
