Wills, Trusts & Estates: Oh My!

Linda Ulinski, Esq, will present an 8 part series on estate planning, Medicaid and other legal topics at Fairlawn-Bath Library beginning in March.

Wills.  Estates.  Trusts.  Guardianships.  Medicaid.  These are terms we hear about frequently and often want to plan about, especially as time passes and we watch our loved ones and ourselves age.  How prepared are we to take care of these things when a life circumstance requires us to?

Local attorney Linda Ulinski, Esq, a specialist on these topics, will be here to present an 8-part series at the Fairlawn-Bath Branch Library beginning on Monday, March 11th, and continuing every second Monday of each month through October to explain the basics of estate planning, guardianships, Medicaid and other subjects.  The series is free and open to all wish to attend.

The first part of the series is Monday, March 11, at 6:30 at the Fairlawn-Bath Library.  The program will cover the basics of Estate Planning, including writing your will, considering a Power of Attorney and the necessity of Advanced Health Care Directives.  Coming to these informative programs may be the best way to help you make informed decisions for yourself and your family in the future.
