You Said It: Would You Support a Senior Center in Bath Township?
Citizens for Bath Seniors wants a center devoted to senior activities.
Patch asked people in the Fairlawn-Bath Township area their thoughts about building a senior center in Bath Township.
In March seniors said they want a center that serves their needs in Bath Township. Township trustees said no.
Township trustees have been studying the issue since September. Last month Trustee Becky Corbett said the expenses of running a center for "special interests" would be an inappropriate use of township funds.
