Shooting on the road — Fairlawn police are looking into an unusual incident in which both the suspect and victim fled the scene.

Solicitors can't be cited — Bath Administrator Vito Sinopoli will ask county officials this week to change a law that prevents the police department from citing unlicensed vendors.
