The Akron-Summit County Public Library’s new mascot, Paws the library lion cub, made his first appearance Wednesday in the Children’s Library at Main Library in Akron.
Paws, designed by library graphic artist Donald Peoples, will help connect children with the Akron-Summit County Public Library, its programs and the joys of reading.
