Trick-or-treaters in Fairlawn will get a head-start on Halloween festivities.
The city has designated Oct. 27 as "Beggars' Night" here.
Trick-or-treat hours are 5-7 p.m.
Bath Township has also set trick-or-treat for 5-7 p.m. Oct. 27.
