Learn the Latest in Research, Diet and Pain
Management

The Arthritis Foundation, Great Lakes Region, Northeastern Ohio and Robinson
Memorial Hospital are sponsoring a free educational program devoted to
arthritis on Wednesday, March 20 from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Palmstrom
Community Room at Robinson Memorial Hospital, 6847 N. Chestnut St., Ravenna.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. to view exhibits; first speaker at 6:00 p.m.

Speakers and
topics are: Walter E. Horton, Jr., Ph.D., Vice President for Research,
Northeast Ohio Medical University, “Advancements in Osteoarthritis Research;”
Tim Sable, M.D., Center for Pain Management, Robinson Health Center at Kent,
“Arthritis Pain Management;” and Patti Nitzsche, MEd, RD, LD, CDE “Nutrition
& Health: The Anti-inflammatory Diet.” There will also be an Arthritis Foundation
Exercise Program demonstration, community exhibits, door prizes, and
refreshments.
