Pawsibilities, the Humane Society of Greater Akron’s 11th Annual Gala Set for September 24th

Pawsibilities – the Humane Society of Greater Akron has announced its 11th annual gala event to benefit animals awaiting adoption will take place Saturday, September 24, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Hilton West in Fairlawn

This is the shelter’s biggest fundraising event featuring live and silent auction items, a Fund a Project and music and dancing by Event Entertainment Services. All of the funds raised during the evening go to direct animal care of their nearly 400 animals in their care. Pawsibilites, the Humane Society of Greater Akron is a non – profit organization that cares for the severely sick and injured, abused, neglected and abandoned animals in Summit County. 

This year we will be honoring Mr. Dick Goddard, our second Pawsibility Hero. The award represents an individual who has made a difference to our organization and to the animal community. Tickets are $125 per person, tables and various sponsorship levels are also available. Tickets include hors d’oeuvres, dinner and dessert with a cash bar. All but $55 of your ticket is tax deductible.
