It's that time of year when the flu bug starts to make the rounds.  So far, the flu has not yet come to Cleveland... but it will.

This is a reminder to get your flu shot. Many people say to me "but I never get the flu." But, like the lottery, you might one day be a winner.. .or loser.

Think about the worst cold you ever had. You probably felt terrible, but you got through it in a few days. With the flu, not only will you feel worse, but a good 10 days may pass before you feel better.

Can you afford to miss 10 days of work... or 10 days of school?

And don't forget that you will probably pass the virus to others in your home. The young and the elderly are most at risk. Annual death rates have seen up to 20,000 deaths from the flu.
