Pretty soon the Montrose area will have a place for diners who can't get enough of soup — Zoup!

Zoup! reports its opening date as early 2013 at 3900 Medina Rd., location, next to Hudson's. Workers are detailing the interior of the building as we speak.

We haven't heard back from Zoup! management yet, but here's a little roundup from its website: Obviously, we're talking soup here. Not only that, but the restaurant carries salads, grilled sandwiches and lots of baked goods and drinks. There are hundreds of soups to choose from (about 12 choices a day), and employees will encourage you to sample — can't argue with that, right?
