What Store Belongs Here?
This former Circuit City building has been vacant for several years. What store should go in here?
Earlier this year, Pet Supplies "Plus" opened in half of the former Circuit City building, but the other half remains vacant.
Mayor William Roth said he's heard rumors floating around about a furniture store moving in, but no formal applications have been submitted. Once the builing is occupied, Roth said Fairlawn Town Centre will be completely full.
So we want to know: What store do you want to see added to Fairlawn Town Centre? Tell us in the comments.

I doubt if Trader Joe's would be permitted since Giant Eagle is already in the plaza. Otherwise it is a good idea.
A good furniture store would also be nice that carries a mid-line price point. Not the junk stuff and not the high-line pricing. One that might feature products that are made in the USA - especially in the handcrafted wood furniture.

I agree with Trader Joe's or The Container Store!

I have to admit, I've never been to a Trader Joe's. What makes it a great store?

We vote for a MICRO CENTER. Since Best Buy is in the process of "down-sizing" around the country and appear to be going to subleasing some store space within selected stores to other companies, I wonder if they will continue to maintain a good computer inventory at this location. It may not be long until they make changes here. (I understand they DO WELL with their cell phone sales.) That being said, having a MICRO CENTER here would be wonderful. Since CompUSA moved out, we now often have to drive to Mayfield Heights to MICRO CENTER for their extensive computer/printer/fax equipment and related supplies. We vote for MICRO CENTER. Thank you for asking!
