Thief Breaks Into Car, Steals $4 Loose Change
Information provided by the Fairlawn Police Department.
Some time between 12:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Jan. 31, someone broke into a Chamberlain Road pickup truck and stole $4 in loose change, said Fairlawn police.
But you're probably wondering why I even bothered with this police report. Here's why: There were expensive tools and a GPS in plain site in the truck, but they were left untouched.
What the suspect used to break the truck's window is unknown, police said. However there were footprints leading away from the scene.
Weird, huh? Maybe he/she just needed to do some laundry.
