Fairlawn City Council and Bath Township Trustees meet tonight in regular session. I'll be heading to the Bath Township meeting, but that's only because I can't be at both meetings at the same time (I'm only human!).

If you see something on the Fairlawn agenda (or Bath Township, for that matter) you want me to ask about, please let me know. Here are some highlights from both:

Fairlawn:

The meeting starts at 6:30 in Council Chambers. Mayor William Roth will swear in newly appointed fire Chief Russ Hose.

Council members will look to approve amending a contract with Hosted Technology Exchange, which works with the city to find cost savings in the technology budget.

Bath Township:

The trustees meeting starts at 7 p.m. in Township Hall meeting room. Township officials will give annual reports on each department.

Also, Summit County Engineer Allan Brubaker will give an annual report on the county roads that run through the township.
