A man was caught weaving and crossing the center line on May 26 in Bath Township, according to a police report.

Police saw the 21-year-old driving south on Cleveland-Massillon Road, crossing the center line numerous times before he was pulled over.

The report said  the man slurred his speech and smelled of alcohol. When police arrested him at the scene, he threw up once, police said.

Once he was taken back at the station the man threw up several more times. Police cited him with driving under the influence, crossing the center line and marked lanes.

He was released to his friend's mother.
