A family dinner got a little awkward on Nov. 9 at Red Lobster when a man threw his 17-year-old girlfriend to the ground, according to a Bath Township police report.

The victim told police she and her 22-year-old boyfriend got into a fight and he threw her down and left. Chief Michael McNeely said the victim was sitting at a table with family, but everyone refused to cooperate with police in terms of what they saw.

McNeely said police followed up with the victim the next day and she didn't not require medical attention. She did not wish to press charges, McNeely said.
