Correction: Bath Township Man Left Stow Court, Robbed Norton Home Four Hours Later
Erroneous information was published in Tuesday's article
Bath Township man Charles Seely did appear in Stow Municipal Court on Jan. 5, but he did not change his plea and he was not sentenced, according to court dockets, and Judge Kim Hoover.
He did, however, have his pretrial date set to Feb. 3.
Incorrect information appeared Tuesday in an Akron Beacon Journal story that Fairlawn-Bath and Stow Patch linked to, according to dockets and Hoover.
