On Jan. 12, T.J. Maxx security watched three girls walk into the store and start shopping, according to a Bath Township police report.
Security saw one 16-year-old pick up two sets of bracelets and put them in her purse. The girl and her friends began to walk out of the store, but security stopped the 16-year-old, the report said.
The girl gave security the two bracelets plus one she wore out of the store. They were valued at $58.
Police charged the girl with delinquency by means of theft and she was released to her uncle. The girl's friends are not suspected of theft.
