FAIRLAWN, OHIO, January 21, 2013 - Stouffer Realty, Inc., recognized in Summit, Stark, Medina and Portage Counties since 1997, announces its first major step toward expanding into the Cuyahoga County real estate market with the opening of its Chagrin Falls office, located at 68 Olive Street.  The office is being managed by Joanne Zettl, who has served as a Realtor in the Chagrin Falls community for 27 years and is the Chairwoman/President of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors.

As Market Development Regional Manager, Zettl is responsible for recruiting agents and identifying future opportunities in the Chagrin Valley, Northeast Cuyahoga and Summit County markets for Stouffer Realty, as well as listing and selling properties. She most recently represented Sotheby’s International Realty.  Zettl has served as president of the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce for three terms and is currently the residential real estate advisor to Chagrin Falls Mayor Brick. She was named Realtor of the Year by the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors in 2003. Joining her at the new Chagrin Falls office is Ted Wolf, licensed Realtor®, and Joe DeBlasi, personal assistant.
