Fairlawn Safety Town will be held June 18 through 22, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 AM or 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Fairlawn Community Center.

Registration is March 22 through June 1 and forms available at 3487 S. Smith Road and online at www.cityoffairlawn.com.

Fairlawn residents and/or future kindergarten-age students of Copley-Fairlawn or Saint Hilary schools are eligible.  For more information call 330-670-4300.

Safety Town is a summer safety program offered to children who are about to enter kindergarten. Children are provided instruction on a wide assortment of safety topics. Also in a simulated village complete with miniature buildings, tricycles, and traffic signals, children will practice and experience a variety of situations so that they may respond decisively when confronted with those same situations in real life.  The serious subject of safety is combined with craft activities, songs and lots of fun.  There is no charge to participate.
